Ermanno Scervino Official Store offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to request a return for any item within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary pick-up at your convenience or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier verifies the integrity of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
